Payment & Delivery FAQ – Buy Online using a Credit Card

To offer our customers complete security when ordering, MediMush uses Stripe to process your credit card order. Stripe is certified as compliant under payment card industry standards and accepts the following credit cards:

When you shop with MediMush be assured your details remain private and confidential. Stripe host their checkout on SSL secured servers.

When you place an order with us, your credit card statement will show MediMush with the merchant account Stripe.


How does our checkout work for payment and delivery

Browse the MediMush site and add items to your basket.

When you wish to place your order simply visit your shopping basket and click the Checkout Button if you don’t have an account with us you will be asked to create one.

You will not need to re-enter your details again during the checkout or next time you order from MediMush

Simply select your credit card icon, enter your details and click Place Order. You will then receive your confirmation page.

You will also receive confirmation emails, verifying your order.


Other order and payment options after payment and delivery

If you cannot pay using our online shop and Stripe please contact MediMush via our contact form to arrange alternative payment options.

We pack and dispatch Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and all orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail.


Delivery Charges:

2nd Class – FREE (5-7 days)

1st Class delivery – Only £3.55

Royal Mail lst Class service is only £3.55 and their delivery time is normally 1-3 days. Many of our customers choose this service and they receive their order the next working day including Saturday.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – Only £8.70 up to 1kg

Can’t wait for your order to arrive, choose our next day service and your order will be delivered the next day before 1 pm. Our next day service is available on all orders received before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday.

For a Special delivery to arrive on Saturday the charge is £13.44

Standard parcels- only £4.41 up to 2kg

Royal Mail aim to deliver within three to five days of posting

Delivery to Europe(Tracked and Signed) £11.99

Delivery to rest of the world (Tracked and Signed) £13.99

For your order to be dispatch the same day FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, your order has to be in before 1 pm.


What if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect it?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days from the time we confirm dispatch, please contact us.


Returns

Our 14 day returns guarantee – If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition – unopened and any seals intact.

Providing the item is in its original condition you will be given a refund for the item(s).

Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If when you receive your order any of the items have been damaged during transit you can return them to us within 14 days for an exchange.


Incorrect items in your order:

If when you receive your order you find there are items in there you didn’t order, or that you are missing anything please email us immediately so we can arrange to correct this.


How to Return your Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:

In order for us to efficiently process your refund please follow the steps below.

1. Please include a note with your returned item(s) detailing why the item is returned. This could be because it is faulty, an incorrect item or simply unused and no longer required.

2. Securely package the item(s) and return to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will ensure that your package arrives with us and helps protect it from being lost in the postal system.

If you choose to send it first or 2nd class, please make sure you get proof of postage from the Post Office.

Royal Mail will only compensate for damaged/loss of goods for up to £50 if the value of the goods is in excess of this sum we recommend ‘special delivery.


We will inform you of receipt of your package via email.

Goods are refunded within 14 days, if you have requested an exchange we will send out your replacement by return.
