  • Wait fifteen seconds before reading the results. The colour of the indicator pads may change a little more after that point, but the most accurate reading is taken after 15 seconds.
  • Compare the colour of both pads against the indicator chart on the packaging.

 

What should your pH level be?

It is important to remember that testing your body’s pH with pH test strips indicates your levels at that exact time, and this will change depending on what food you ingest and how you control your stress levels.

The VERY ACIDIC area: 4.5 – 5.5

    I received my order the very next day, which was quite amazing!
    I try the strips every second morning. There is no point in testing 3 times a day or every other day, because the alkalinity of my body won’t change that quick. Happy so far, yet i still need to be patient to see if these sticks will ever change their shades from Orange… i’m on green diet so wish me luck!
