How to dramatically prevent ageing and excess weight How to dramatically prevent ageing and excess weight

Premature ageing of the skin because of ageing and excess weight from acidosis

Acidosis accelerates free radical damage within your skin. Once a collagen bundle is damaged from years of tolerating an acidic environment, the collagen strand loses its elastic quality, and the skin begins to sag.

Acidosis can also interfere with many of the body’s other functions, such as eyesight, memory, wrinkling, age spots, and a dysfunctional hormone system.

Acidosis causes a decrease in the oxygen being carried around the body, affecting the overall capability of all bodily functions.

There are other reasons why we age; however, an acidic pH also restricts the amount of oxygen delivered to the tissues.

This hinders growth and repair and, in some cases, creates a breeding ground for diseases, as a low-oxygen, acidic environment is ideal for them to flourish.

Red blood cells move through very small spaces called capillaries, transporting oxygen to all the cells in your body.

However, acidosis corrodes the negative charge that stops the cells from sticking together, making it difficult for them to circulate in the body.

This results in normal healthy cells being unable to function to their maximum potential due to lack of oxygen – which causes you to age prematurely.

To make matters worse, they release more acid into your system when they die.

Look at these different blood samples and see how this difference is all down to what you eat and how you feel. Below are videos demonstrating:

  1. Acid Blood Cells
  2. Healthy Alkaline Cells
  3. Cancerous Cells
  4. White Blood Cells Chasing Bacteria

Ageing and Excess weight can cause Osteoporosis

The Western diet is very acidic; when food is broken down, it creates an acidic environment within your body. If acid levels become too much for your blood, the excess is dumped into tissues for storage as fat cells.

Your body gets rid of most of these acids through urine or perspiration. What is then left is buffered with calcium and magnesium, which turn excess acid into salt.

If insufficient amounts of calcium or magnesium are in your diet, or your body reserves are too low, they will be taken from your bones and muscles. Calcium taken from your muscles or bones can easily lead to deficiencies and, in extreme cases, osteoporosis.

‘If the bone is mobilised to buffer only one mEq of acid each day, 15 per cent of the total body calcium in an average person is lost in a decade’ (Wachman, A; Bernstein, DS ‘Diet and osteoporosis’ Lancet 1968, 1, 958-959.)

Ageing and Excess weight can cause Candida to overgrow, which can lead to more ageing & excess weight from acidosis.

Candida (yeast) in your intestines feeds on fine sugars and carbohydrates. Eating a lot of sugar creates the perfect breeding ground for overgrowing candida. This encourages abnormal cravings for sugar and sweet snacks, usually leading to weight difficulties and the compelling feeling that you need to eat more calories than are metabolically necessary. It can also cause water retention, creating a bloated look and feel.

When candida is reduced to a normal amount, many people experience significant weight loss – as much as 10 to 30 per cent of one’s body weight!

  • Cravings go
  • More energy
  • Less water retention

It is important for health reasons to control yeast levels in your body. In smaller amounts, it’s harmless, but in larger amounts, it’s unhealthy and, ultimately, can lead to uncontrollable sugar binging and weight gain.
